Participants can submit their applications online through the Hackdata platform. This initial online submission should include details about the participant, their background, and a comprehensive overview of their project or idea. Applicants should provide information on the project's objectives, implementation plan, anticipated milestones, and expected outcomes. Participants are also encouraged to submit any supporting documents, videos, or other materials that give a complete picture of their proposal.
Select participants who successfully complete the online submission will be invited to the offline round. In this stage, they will have the opportunity to meet with industry experts and experienced mentors. These mentors will provide personalized guidance, constructive feedback, and valuable suggestions to help participants refine and strengthen their projects. Participants can leverage the mentors' domain expertise and insights to further develop their proposals.
The final stage will involve presenting the project to a panel of distinguished judges. Participants will have the chance to pitch their proposals and demonstrate their work to this esteemed panel. The judges will thoroughly evaluate the submissions based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with the program's objectives. After careful deliberation, the panel will select the winning projects to be recognized and supported through the program.
